By accessing and using the GoMyGo website and mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

GoMyGo is an online platform that facilitates bus ticket bookings across Nepal. We act as an intermediary between passengers and bus operators, providing a convenient way to search, compare, and book bus tickets.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through GoMyGo, you are entering into a contract with the bus operator. We facilitate the booking process but are not a party to the transportation contract.

4.2 Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Prices displayed are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your booking details.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by bus operator and ticket type. Please review the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the operator's policy and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated systems to access the service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the GoMyGo platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GoMyGo or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoMyGo acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes in bus schedules
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Accidents or incidents during travel
  • Conduct of bus operators or other passengers

Our liability is limited to the booking fees paid to us.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GoMyGo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
